  • What is the difference between Recruitment Support and Self-Service?

    Our Recruitment Support option offers you a dedicated Talent Manager who will partner with you to ensure you find the ideal candidate for your open positions. Your Talent Manager will serve as your Headhunting Specialist, and you only pay us when you successfully fill a role. With Self-Service, you will have access to our portal and be responsible for creating job postings, setting selection criteria, and conducting your own screening process. Our team will not provide support during this process.

  • Yes, we provide a hiring guarantee of 3 months as part of our recruitment plan. However, this guarantee is not included in any of our other self-service plans.

  • We guarantee sending at least 3 qualified headhunted candidates to your specific selection criteria for Junior to Director level caniddates. For Head to Chief level candidates, we guarantee sending at least 1 qualified headhunted candidate to your specific selection crtieria. A full refund will be offered if we are not able to meet this requirement by the end of the monthly cycle. The refund can only be offered by the end of the month.

  • Our clients have reported receiving candidates within as little as one day, while others have taken up to 23 days. However, most hiring companies receive candidates within the first 14 days of posting up an opening.

  • Once you have signed up for one of our self-service plans, you will receive an invitation to join our platform within one business day. After logging in, you can create a job listing and specify your required criteria. Our algorithm will then initiate outreach and matching processes to connect you with potential candidates. You will receive pre-screened candidates in your portal, along with their resumes, desired compensation, preferred work environment, and their match to your good-to-have and must-have selection criteria, and other information that matters to you.

  • A dedicated account manager will be assigned to you to collaborate with throughout the process. Simply provide us with your job description and we'll forward pre-screened candidates who meet your specific selection criteria. Our goal is to support you in finding and successfully hiring the best candidate for the role.

  • You may only switch the job when a new monthly billing cycle starts.

  • Yes, our plans are based on monthly subscriptions and you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
